Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to deliver your tasty treats to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order. We will keep you informed through email about the dispatch of your order.

If you have a Balanced Bark account, please ensure that your address details are accurate so that we can deliver your order correctly.

Orders equal to or over £40 – FREE

Additional delivery charges may apply to deliveries in Northern Ireland and non UK mainland addresses.

We aim to send our parcels the next working day. Any orders made later than Friday at 4pm will be dispatched on Monday Morning.

Returns Policy

We appreciate your purchase. We sincerely hope that both you and your dog are pleased with the item(s) you have received. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, weoffer the option to return it to us for a complete refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please refer to the details provided below regarding our return policy.

Need an easy way of marking items as out of stock a drop down of quantaties for each item and flavours to choose from when suitable – when check out customer can decide what day to deliver on (if subscription).

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@thebalancedbark.co.uk to let us know, and we will provide instructions on what to do next.

If there is an item missing from your order, please reach out to us and include a copy or photo of the despatch note that came with your order. It is important to note that we are unable to send a replacement or issue a refund without a copy of the despatch note.

Exchange/refund

We hope your dog is enjoying the items received and having a great time with the chews. However, if this is not the case, you have the option to return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them. We are pleased to offer you an exchange, refund, or store credit. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging, complete, and in perfect condition.

When sending back the items, please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels during transit. It is recommended to use appropriate parcel protection to prevent any damage

during the return journey. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable if you simply changed your mind about the purchased items.

Don’t forget to include a note in the parcel with your name, address, order number, reason for return, and your preferred compensation method (exchange, refund, or store credit).
